  1. Delivery time and transport

We ship your order as quickly as possible. Typically 1-14 weeks, all depending on the type of item.

Hot tubes – 1-14 weeks

Barbecue cabins, pavilions, outdoor sauna, camping cabins – 2-6 weeks

Log cabins 2-12 weeks, if some changes in standard models it may be 8 -26 weeks. Ask about delivery time.

Houses 6-12 weeks.

Delivery times are indicative and are not guaranteed exactly in terms of day / time, delivery times are continuously updated in the last days / hours before delivery.

It is important to us that you are satisfied with the goods you receive. Therefore, it is recommended that you inspect / count your goods for errors and defects as soon as possible after receipt, but no later than before commissioning / start of collection or no later than 8 days from delivery. In the event of deficiencies, contact Wooden-me LTD in writing by e-mail (you can also call us at the same time to facilitate the expedition and make it faster), and it is agreed in writing with wooden-me LTD what is initiated (if the buyer has to do something himself).

When unassembled products are assembled by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for checking that the materials are in good and undamaged condition as well as for the craftsmanship correct execution of the assembly of the product, including also for tightness of structures, roofs and baths.

In the event of transport damage / damage that is visible on the outside of the product, and if there are any other kind of remarks / remarks for the transport, a remark MUST be stated on the CMR / transport document when the buyer receives the product and is notified to Wooden-me LTD in writing per. e-mail with documentation in the form of pictures etc. , it is recommended to remove the outer wrapping immediately upon receipt. When delivering Hot tubes. The outer wrapping MUST be removed and the bath checked before receipt, photo documentation of damage must be taken before the bath is transported away from the unloading point and assembled.

Delivery of goods from wooden-me LTD is considered to have taken place when the customer has received the goods.


In the event of external circumstances which wooden-me LTD does not control which lead to a delay, no compensation can be demanded for late delivery Complaint

Counting and checking of visible damage to the received must be performed and check. Complaints about quantity / visible damage must be received by woodenme LTD (in writing, e-mail, with picture documentation) within 8 days after receipt of the item, however, complaints must be made before installation (picture documentation must be taken when unpacking pallets, etc.).  Defects are delivered as soon as possible from production, no compensation or compensation for delay or inconvenience is provided.

According to the Purchase Act, you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months on all items. If you complain within 24 months, the complaint is considered to be timely, which means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. This, of course, requires that the complaint is justified. The right of complaint applies to defects in materials or manufacturing defects that cannot be ascertained upon receipt of the goods. The right of complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation / use / assembly of the product or incorrect maintenance. Untreated cabins, houses, baths, etc. In order to maintain the warranty and right to make a complaint for 24 months, it must be treated externally / internally with an impregnation / paint product that can be used for the purpose after installation. In the event of a complaint about the tightness of wooden wilderness baths, this must be done no later than 14 days after receipt, as the bath will usually be close after a few days and it is then often due to incorrect use of the bath (often without water for periods) if the bath becomes leaky again. If repairs are to be carried out, whether it is a warranty repair or a regular repair, the product must be freely available (eg sleeping / sauna barrels and hot tubes must be available all the way out and inside.

If you wish to advertise a product, you must contact Wooden-me LTD customer service by sending an email to info@wooden-me.uk, indicating the order number / invoice number and attaching image documentation.


In the event of complaint (whether written or verbal), wooden-me LTD must have access to inspect the product.


In the case of a complaint where compensation is provided instead of repairing or delivering replacement parts, the compensation may not exceed the factory value of the part (eg a window, a pump, a beam, or another object) , if replacement parts have been provided, no compensation will be provided. In addition, it presupposes that the complaint is made in a timely manner (eg by counting / unpacking).


Right of withdrawal

Wooden-me LTD provides a 14-day right of withdrawal on standard goods, valid from the day you receive the goods. If you regret the purchase, Wooden-me LTD must be notified no later than 14 days after the day you received the item. For goods specially made for the customer, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

The right of withdrawal takes effect on the day you receive the item. The right of withdrawal does not lapse if you have used the item, but since the item’s sales value has decreased, a value of the returned item must be agreed. However, we would like you to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it was received.

You pay for the shipping to the warehouse where the item is shipped from, when you return the item no later than 14 days after you have received the item.



Refunds will be made as soon as we receive the returned item, after counting and verifying that it meets the conditions of your right of withdrawal.


Disputes which cannot be settled through negotiations sove  in a court.

Product risk and product use / use risk


The risk of the goods purchased by DIHC ApS is transferred to the buyer, even if the buyer decides not to participate in the delivery of the goods.

By returning, you assume the risk of the item until it is in our hands. If the product / packaging disappears or breaks / is damaged, the buyer is responsible for the product.


All storage and use of the item is at the buyer’s own risk, the buyer is responsible for keeping the item in good condition both upon receipt and thereafter, including necessary maintenance and inspection.

Price and payment


The price includes VAT and delivery, where the truck can / can travel (the recipient must unload or request an unloading contract). Almost all products (unless they are sold out and shipped immediately) are made to the individual customer and must be paid for in advance or in part. If the production time is longer than 4 weeks, we can accept 50% prepayment for the order and 50% before loading the truck from the warehouse, if desired, select bank transfer and pay 50% status: order number / payment 50%.
