In addition, the chalet features a low asymmetrical roof (📐 ~8° per side) that we finish with shingles or EPDM for extra durability.
Inside, large Premium Plus double-glazed units (🪟) deliver abundant daylight and an airy feel. You get a living room of 18.6 m², a bedroom of 9.2 m², a flexible room of 5.4 m² and a practical utility/store of 2.2 m². The 11.0 m² covered terrace naturally extends the living area and offers space for relaxation all year.
